At ‘Wellbeing Lifestyle’ we believe that many people today – especially during their 20s, 30s and 40’s, are frequently cash-rich but time poor. And so when they reach older age or even into retirement they may have, to an extent, overlooked the importance of, or missed-out on, close or long-lasting friendships and links with other people.

Research has proven that good relationships are key to health and wellbeing and so at ‘Wellbeing Lifestyle’ we aim to proactively bring people together.

We do this through our range of activities and regular get-together, and also through our dedicated ‘Relationship’s forum – a database of like-minded older people who are keen to link-up with others in their position or stage of life, with a view to forming new friendships and relationships.
